Andy Horstmann is the Manager for the office at Chesterfield - West. A native of St. Louis, he worked hard to become one of the youngest Sous Chefs in the St. Louis area, and continued to move up the ranks to become an opening General Manager for a brand-new PF Changs. In 2011, Andrew switched gears from hospitality and took on a new career in Real Estate and has been at the top of his game ever since. With over 10 years’ experience, hundreds of properties sold, and multi-millions in sales, Andrew joined the Coldwell Banker Team in 2020 as assistant manager and was promoted to the Manager of the Chesterfield - West Office in 2021.
